Fun Stuff

Recently, Anna has become aware of money or "monies" as she says. Ken and her were scoping out how much she had saved in her piggy bank last night.

She has also had great success going on the potty. We started with a Tinker Bell dress to wear upon potty success, both #1 and #2. She mastered #1 right away and we thought she mastered #2. Unfortunately she back tracked in #2 for a few weeks so the reward became a Belle Dress (Beauty & the Beast) for #2. No bribe needed for #1 success other than proclaiming what a big girl she is! She is back on track now and doing great. We will keep the Belle dress going until baby #2 comes to hope and forego any setbacks that might occour when the baby comes along!

Grammy GG's 90th Birthday Party

On May 10th, my mom and her brothers and sisters planned my grandma's 90th birthday party. It was at a hall, and Anna pretty much danced from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. She stopped for 10 mins to eat, 3 mins to go potty twice and 3 mins to eat cake (of course!).

Here we are, Ken, Anna (32 months) and me, 7 months pregnant and large and incharge!

Someone get this Girl Some Dance Lessons!

Anns loves to sing and dance. Unfortunately, it looks like dance classes for little girls start at age 3... so we have a few months before Anna can enrol in a class. By then, I am sure that she will be able to teach the teacher a thing or two!

Princess Umbrella

Our friend Kim gave Anna a princess umbrella... of course Anna loves it.

Chips and Ketchup

Ken's favorite late night snack is chips dipped in ketchup. Like father like daughter, Anna loves that snack too. The best part is when she is asked which one of us is her favorte... she gives the usual answer, then clearly remembers whose chips she is eating!

Book Worm & Sleep Over

Anna loves to read books and she must have fallen asleep in the middle of reading one during her nap.

She also had a sleep over the other night. There must have been a fight over who got the pillow because when I woke up this is what I found. From right to left, Aurora, Cinderella, Ariel, Belle and on the far, far left with no pillow is Anna!
